Golf Cover
If you are planning on playing
golf when you are away you should consider adding
the Golf cover option to your policy. It can be
added to both our Single Trip or Annual Multi
Trip policies.
Our Golf cover is designed on
an individual basis, so the additional premium
can be added to cover just those individuals in
your party that intend to pay Golf. Whether you
regularly take golfing trips to some of the superb
resorts across Europe or you require golf insurance
for the whole year, you will discover that our
Golf cover provides peace of mind and excellent
protection.
Our golf cover will provide you
with increased equipment cover, insuring you for
loss and theft of any golfing items up to the
value of £1000. Our Standard Baggage cover
provides only a single article limit of £250
per item, which in many cases would not be sufficient
cover for a set of golf clubs. By paying the additional
golfing premium you can leave for your trip knowing
that all your golfing equipment is fully covered.
If you pay the appropriate Golf
premium you are also covered for loss of Green
Fees that have been paid for prior to the commencement
of you trip. If you are certified by a medical
practitioner as being unable to play golf and
use the golf facilities because of serious injury
or illness occurring during the trip you can be
refunded up to £50 per day for the unused
portion of your Green Fees. This is only available
if you have confirmation that there is no refund
available for the fees.
