Cancellation of Holiday Insurance
When making a holiday insurance booking with
Essential Travel and upon receipt of your policy
via email or through the post, there is a 14 day
cooling off period in which you can cancel your
booking and recieve a full refund except any credit
card charges where applicable.

We endeavor to respond to all complaints within
five working days.
If you are still not satisfied with the way a
complaint has been dealt with you may ask the
Insurance Ombudsman Bureau to review your case
without prejudice to your rights in law.
